Recommended Packs Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion is only applicable to New StarHub CableTV customers to homes connected to StarHub’s cable network with 2-way interactivity signal.
2. Promotion is valid from 9 January 2009 till a date determined by StarHub.
3. Promotion is only valid with subscription to a minimum of any 3 Basic Plus Groups or 4 Basic Groups, for sign-up of 3 or more Add-On Channels/Groups at point-of-sale only.
4. Recommended Packs are computed based on the channel combinations and 25% discount on Add-On Channels/Groups for 12 months, plus a $10.70 monthly discount off subscription for 24 months.
5. 25% discount is valid for all Add-On Channels/Groups, excluding Horse Racing, limited to first 12 months from date of subscription. Prevailing rates apply thereafter.
6. 25% discount will discontinue if customer fails to fulfill the minimum subscription of 3 Basic Plus Groups or 4 Basic Groups with at least 3 Add-On Channels/Groups.
7. 25% discount is not applicable with other channel upgrade promotion discount.
8. Promotion is not applicable to customers who terminate their StarHub CableTV service under the same service address after 8 January 2009.
9. Last day of installation is within 7 days from the date of sign-up.
10. Installation charge of $32.10 applies for first set-top box and $16.05 for each subsequent set-top box installed on the same trip at the same service address.
11. Delivery of set-top box(es) without installation is chargeable at $12.84 per trip at the same service address (not applicable to Box Swap/Remote Controls/Smart Cards/Accessories/Telescope/DTTV/StarHub CableTV prepaid services).
12. StarHub CableTV service activation fee of $32.10 is waived.
13. Promotion cannot be used to offset existing subscription charges or outstanding balances due to StarHub.
14. Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or kind and is non-refundable.
15. Promotion is not applicable to other in-house promotions or discounts unless specified by StarHub.
16. Promotion is not applicable to landed homeowners on the Landed Connection Plan who are enjoying complimentary StarHub CableTV services.
17. Promotion is not applicable to StarHub Digital Terrestrial TV, Commercial and Bulk Subscription customers.
18. An equipment deposit of $250 is chargeable if the customer is not a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
19. All prices quoted are inclusive of 7% GST.
20. In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement or rights (if any) under Promotion is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub. StarHub TV is part of StarHub CableTV services. The use of such services is also subject to StarHub's General Terms & Conditions for Info-communications Services and Service Specific Terms & Conditions for StarHub CableTV, which can be viewed at StarHub's website www.starhub.com.
21. StarHub reserves the right to revise these terms & conditions herein (including prices) at its discretion without prior notice. Participation in Promotion or use of StarHub CableTV will constitute acceptance of these terms & conditions and the amendments thereof.
