Getting Started: Phone configuration
When you purchase a new mobile phone, settings for Gee! are usually preloaded into the mobile phone. All you need to do is to select the Gee! settings and you're all set to go! For more information, please refer to your user guide.
In the event where settings are not preloaded into the mobile phone, the settings will be sent to you via SMS. All you need to do is to save the settings. If you have deleted the settings, you can still configure your phone online, please click here.

Terms and Conditions - StarHub Mobile Data Plans
- Customer can subscribe to a MaxMobile Lite, MaxMobile Value or MaxMobile Premium as a Value-Added Service (ie. on top of a StarHub Mobile postpaid plan); or MaxMobile Basic, MaxMobile SurfLite, MaxMobile Ultimate or MaxMobile Elite as a datapack, (ie. without voice plan).
- There is a one-time registration fee of $10.70 (incl. GST) for subscribing to any of the data plans.
- The subscription charges will be billed on a monthly basis and charged to the customers' StarHub Mobile bills.
- StarHub Mobile postpaid customers can change their data plan subscription if their accounts are not suspended, blacklisted or with outstanding balances.
- The promotion to enjoy 50% discount to the charges for MaxMobile Ultimate data plan is valid until 31 December 2009. This promotion is applicable for all postpaid residential MaxOnline customers who are also StarHub Mobile prepaid customers, and share the same billing address for the MaxOnline and StarHub Mobile services. This promotion is not applicable to MaxOnline customers who are subscribe to commercial or bulk master packages.
- StarHub’s Hub Club discount shall not be used in conjunction with any discount, promotional offer or similar scheme as set out herein, unless otherwise permitted by StarHub in its absolute discretion.
- Any change in data plans may result in a temporary disruption of service and/or loss of data and StarHub shall not be liable for any liability arising from or in connection with such service disruption or loss of data.
- The maximum cap for charges at $96.14 per month for MaxMobile Lite and $36.38 per month for MaxMobile Value, MaxMobile Premium & MaxMobile Basic data plans includes the monthly charges and applies only to local data traffic. The customer will be charged at the prevailing rates for data traffic used outside of Singapore.
- Unlimited usage for MaxMobile SurfLite, MaxMobile Ultimate and MaxMobile Elite data plans applies only to local data traffic. The customer will be charged at the prevailing rates for data traffic used outside of Singapore.
- StarHub reserves the right to terminate any MaxMobile promotion at any time without further notice. No customer will be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such termination.
- StarHub’s determination shall be final in any dispute concerning the MaxMobile promotion between StarHub and the customer.
- StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions for Info-communications services and Specific Terms & Conditions for Mobile and Mobile Data Services at www.starhub.com will apply to this promotion. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between any provision of the Service Specific Terms & Conditions and any provision of the General Terms & Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency will be resolved in a manner most favourable to StarHub. However, if such conflict or inconsistency cannot be so resolved, the provisions of the Service Specific Terms & Conditions will prevail over the provisions of these General Terms & Conditions.
- StarHub reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions (including pricing) at its discretion without prior notice. Use of StarHub services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and the amendments thereof.
Terms and Conditions for BlackBerry® Plans
- StarHub Mobile customers can subscribe to any of the above data subscription plans. Customers subscribing to the Value-added Service (VAS) need to ensure that they have an existing mobile plan.
- The subscription of the above data plans requires a one-time registration fee of $10.70.
- The subscription charges are billed monthly on the customers' mobile bills.
- StarHub Mobile customers can upgrade to the above data VASes if their accounts are not being suspended, or have any unpaid outstanding balances. Customers are advised to clear the outstanding balances owed to upgrade to the above data VASes.
- Other terms and conditions to the subscription of StarHub Mobile Data services apply.
