Useful Information
MultiSIM lets you do more at the same time.
With StarHub Mobile’s MultiSIM, you can use two SIM cards at the same time on two different mobile devices. This means you can make outgoing calls and send SMS, MMS or emails – simultaneously!

Using MultiSIM.
With StarHub Mobile’s MultiSIM, you will receive two SIM cards for two different handsets. Both cards can be active at the same time and outgoing calls, SMS, MMS and data transfers can be made. Incoming calls, SMS and MMS will only be sent to your assigned “primary” handset.

To check handset status

You will get the reply:'This is Phone: 1' or 'This is Phone: 2' ('1' indicates the primary handset to receive incoming calls, SMS and MMS.)

To assign your primary handset

You will get the reply:'Set as Phone: 1'

For quick reference, you can also access these command codes via your phone book in the SIM card. Simply search from the SIM phone book for 'MultiSIM-Query Phone' to check phone status or 'MultiSIM - Set Master' to assign primary handset.

Call Hunting feature
Call Hunting* is a feature that diverts incoming call from a primary handset to a secondary handset, when customer misses an incoming call on the primary handset.
Scenario 1:
Primary and secondary handsets are both switched ON
Incoming call will go to primary handset. If it is not being answered, Call Hunting will automatically divert the call to the secondary handset. If the call is still not being answered, it will be diverted to VoiceMail (only if customer has VoiceMail service) and the call will end.
Scenario 2:
Primary handset switched OFF, secondary handset switched ON
Incoming call will bypass the primary handset as it’s switched off and Call Hunting feature will NOT divert the call to the secondary device. It will automatically be diverted to VoiceMail (only if customer has VoiceMail service) and the call will end.
Scenario 3:
Primary handset switched ON, secondary handset switched OFF
Incoming call will go to primary handset, if it is not answered, Call Hunting feature will NOT divert the call to the secondary handset. It will be diverted to VoiceMail (only if customer has VoiceMail service) and the call will end.
*Call Hunting feature will automatically be activated with MultiSIM service upon sign-up.

Prices shown inclusive of GST at 7% which will be effective from 1 July 2007.
